Experience
Eti Avnery has extensive experience in advising Israeli and international employers at all stages.
The lateral legal and business vision alongside the rigor and thoroughness in the legal work enables Eti to provide a wide range of services while identifying the needs of all parties to a transaction, agreement, or conflict and finding creative solutions, some of which have proven themselves to be the result of foresight, empathy for the parties and "outside the box" thinking.
During her years as a lawyer, Eti focused, among other things, on working with international technology companies operating in Israel and accompanying them step by step in everything required by Israeli employment law.
In addition, Eti participated in negotiations in connection with the engagement terms of well-known executives in the economy, and on the other side, which is sometimes less pleasant, also in their termination of engagement or retirement.
Prior to establishing the firm, Eti founded and headed the employment law department at Ayal Shenhav & Co. law firm and was a partner and manager of the employment law department at a leading commercial office in Tel Aviv.
Eti’s professional achievements and the uniqueness of her legal-commercial work have helped her to develop a wide international network of expert employment lawyers.
