Background

Eti served as Partner & Manager of the Employment Law Department at two of Tel Aviv's most prominent law firms. At Ayal Shenhav & Co. (which later merged into Goldfarb Gross Seligman), Eti founded and headed the employment law department. Eti then moved to ERM (Epstein Rosenblum Maoz), where Eti again founded and headed the employment law department, building it from the ground up. Across more than 15 years of high profile practice, Eti advised leading technology companies, global and international companies, capital VCs, and high-profile M&A transactions, from early-stage startups to publicly traded multinationals, on complex employment and equity matters.

During Eti's career at these top-tier firms, Eti headed broad international employment transactions within M&A deals and managed complicated litigation for high-profile technology companies. Eti has cultivated an extensive international network of foreign employment law experts, enabling seamless cross-border counsel for multinational clients.

Eti founded Avnery Law to deliver big-firm expertise without big-firm overhead. The boutique model means clients work directly with Eti on every matter, getting senior-level attention without paying for layers of associates.

Today, Avnery Law works with two distinct client groups:
